Clark Pinnacle Family Communities, LLC has begun operations at Fort Belvoir in Virginia to enhance the quality of life for military families by providing new, high quality housing.
The Fort Belvoir Residential Communities Initiative proposes that during the first eight-year initial development period, Clark Realty Builders will demolish and rebuild 1,630 new homes and renovate 170 historic homes. In addition, Clark Pinnacle Family Communities will manage and maintain all military family housing, along with recreational facilities and neighborhood centers at Fort Belvoir with oversight by the installations, for the next 50 years.
