Clark Pinnacle is set to begin operations at Fort Benning in Georgia to enhance the quality of life for military families by providing new, high-quality housing.
The Fort Benning Residential Communities Initiative proposes that during the 10-year initial development period, Clark Realty Builders will demolish and rebuild 3,185 new homes, renovate 482 non-historic homes, and renovate 272 historic homes. In addition, Clark Pinnacle will manage and maintain all military family housing, along with recreational facilities and neighborhood centers at Fort Benning with oversight by the installation, for the next 50 years.
The project is set to break ground in February of 2006.
